Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BAZED Kft. website and your arrangement of private chauffeur and executive transport services with BAZED Kft. (“BAZED”, “we”, “us”). By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. About BAZED
BAZED Kft. provides pre-booked private chauffeur and executive transport services from Budapest and to destinations across Hungary and Europe. Contact: bazedkft@outlook.com · +36 30 691 1445.
2. Bookings and confirmations
All journeys must be arranged in advance. We do not accept street hails or unscheduled pickups. A booking is confirmed only when BAZED explicitly confirms date, time, route, vehicle, and price (or pricing basis) in writing or by direct communication.
You are responsible for providing accurate journey details, including pickup location, passenger count, luggage, and any special requirements. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or incompatible with our service standards.
3. Pricing and payment
Fares are agreed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on route, duration, waiting time, tolls, parking, permits, or additional stops. Any change to the agreed journey may affect the final price.
Payment terms will be communicated at confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due as specified by BAZED prior to or upon completion of the service. We may require a deposit for certain bookings.
4. Cancellations and changes
If you need to change or cancel a booking, notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees, will be communicated at the time of booking or in your confirmation.
BAZED may cancel or reschedule a journey due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown, or driver unavailability). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative or refund any prepaid amount for the affected service.
5. Waiting time and no-shows
For airport and event transfers, a reasonable waiting period may be included as stated in your confirmation. Additional waiting time may be charged at the agreed rate.
If a passenger fails to arrive at the agreed pickup location within the applicable waiting period, the journey may be treated as a no-show and charged in full unless otherwise agreed.
6. Passenger conduct
Passengers must behave lawfully and respectfully toward drivers and vehicles. Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, or behaviour that endangers safety is not permitted. We may terminate a journey without refund if conduct poses a risk to the driver, vehicle, or others.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle and for leaving the vehicle in a reasonable condition.
7. Luggage and belongings
Please advise us in advance of oversized or excess luggage. Vehicle capacity limits apply. BAZED is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle, except where caused by our negligence and to the extent required by applicable law.
8. Service standards
We aim to provide punctual, discreet, and professional transport. While we monitor flights and traffic where applicable, arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control. We recommend allowing appropriate time for journeys, especially for airport departures.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BAZED’s liability is limited to direct losses arising from our failure to provide the confirmed service with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, meetings, or events, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Hungarian or applicable law.
10. Third parties
Unless explicitly agreed, our services are provided directly by BAZED. If a subcontractor or partner is used to fulfil a booking, BAZED remains responsible for the service as your contracted provider unless otherwise stated.
11. Website use
The content on this website is for general information only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site. You may not misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hungary, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Confirmed bookings remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time of confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
